He is survived by: his wife Carrie Mae McCormick Downs of Carrollton, KY; and his siblings, Bill Downs of San Diego, CA, Kent Downs, Terry Downs of Logansport, IN., Joy Hamilton of Logansport, IN. and Linda Downs of Logansport, IN..
