He is survived by: his children, Kim Horine (Steven) of Florence, IN, Paula Davidson (Roger) of Carrollton, KY, Jo Davidson (Ronnie) of Ghent, KY, Jackelyn McClure (Lance) of Patriot, IN and John Lee Thomas Perkins of Patriot, IN; and his brother Glenn "Doodle" Perkins of Carrollton, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
