He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penn and Elizabeth Neville Barley; his wife Donna Penn; and his sisters, Roberta Deppe, Edna Clark, Alene Proctor and Geneva Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Childs (Billy) of Sanders, KY, Charlotte Snow of Carrollton, KY and Virginia Foster (David) of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Ashli Childs, Emily Penn, Michael Foster, Steven Foster, Crystal Foster, Victoria Foster of Bobby Snow, II., Corey Snow, Elizabeth Snow and Jaylin Snow; his great grandchildren, Dawson Childs and Valentino Espinoza; and his brother James Penn.
