He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Supplee (Jeremy Supplee) of Carrollton, KY; his brothers, Jack, Jr. (Patti Bond Supplee) of Lexington, KY, James Leon "Jimmy" Supplee of Carrollton, KY and Jonnie Mac "Jon" (Pat Franklin Supplee) of Carrollton, KY; his sister-in-law Jo Kay Supplee of Carrollton, KY; and his grandchildren, Mallory Mercedes Besselman, James Wyatt Supplee, Landon Ray Supplee, Brendyn Keith Besselman and Sawyer Brooks Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
