It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ballard (Carrollton, Kentucky), who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Florian Goble and Norma Jean Dryden Ballard; his wife Anna Frances Ballard (Harrell) of Carrollton, KY; his sons, Bobby Allen Ballard (Anna) of Campbellsburg, KY, Jerry Wayne Ballard of Worthville, KY and Corey Dale Ballard (Krista) of Sanders, KY; and his sisters, Pam Mefford of Carrollton, KY, Linda Bowman of Frankfort, KY, Lisa Ballard of Owenton, KY and Cindy Birch of Carrollton, KY. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
