She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Newton Burns; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Snowden, Howard "Jack" Perkins, Harold Perkins, Harry "Buster" Perkins and James Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry E. Lindsay (Bill) of Worthville, KY and Ladonna S. Foreman (Todd) of Louisville, KY; her grandchildren, Eric Lindsay (Tonya) of Worthville, KY, Jeanna McGuire of Louisville, KY and Leah Guilford (Todd) of Louisville, KY; and her great grandchildren, Daniel S. Lindsay, Conner McGuire, Trenton McGuire and Raegan Guilford.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting our building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy. We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and all attendees will be required to wear a face mask.
