She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Scott Meadows and Erma Chandler Meadows; her husband William Smith Carrico; her daughter Linda Baker; her siblings, Mary Jo Hughes, Gertrude Meadows, Kathryn Ogburn, Wilma Webster, Hilda Brown, Glen Scott Meadows, Bud Meadows, Lawrance Meadows, Dalton Meadows and Raymond Meadows; and her granddaughter Lisa Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Green (David) of Carrollton, KY and Chuck Carrico (Kim) of Bedford, KY; and her sister Martha Stewart of Owenton, KY. She is also survived by two grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
