With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Chipman of Carrollton, Kentucky, born in Falmouth, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limited to the Funeral Home building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.
