He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Mary Elsie Rassman (Fitzhugh); his wife Evelina Mae "Evie" Rassman (Sebree); and his siblings, Alvin, Joe, Glenn, James Rassman, Dorothy Dorrell, Myrtle DeMoss, Estelle Feldhaus and Ethel Jane Plummer.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Tingle; his children, Donald Allen Rassman, Jr. (Tonya) of Carrollton, KY, Norman Rassman (Caroline Glacken) of Carrollton, KY and Joey Rassman of Carrollton, KY; his stepchildren, Terry Minch of Indianapolis, IN, Lisa Burk (Brad) of Vevay, IN and Keith Minch (Siobhan) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Bradlee, Braden, Ciaran, Aidan, Malread, Eamonn, Shauna, Kendra, Heather, Zach, Austin, Kayla, Hunter, Kayden, Gunner, Brody, Brooklynn, Jersey, Madison, Addalynn, Kamdyn, Forrest, Liam, Kenyah and Braylon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelby Christian Church in Ripley County, Indiana.
