He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ashby Pyles and Mary Louise Ashby Pyles; and his brother John Franklin Pyles. He is survived by: his wife Becky Hancock Pyles; his children, Jasper A. Pyles (Cassandra) of Sanders, KY and Gretchen L. Breeze (Matthew) of Burlington, KY; his siblings, Ira Ray Pyles of Erlanger, KY, Terry Lee Pyles (Karen) of Madison, IN, Michael E. Pyles (Carole) of Milton, KY, Sue Swofford (Gayle) and Linda Carolyn Keirn (Jim) of Mentone, IN; and his grandchildren, Mikaela Lynne Breeze, Hayden Rae Breeze, Cooper Bryce Pyles, Jamie and Jordan Brockman.
