He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd McDowell and Daisy L. Robbins McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Monica McDowell Hicks of Carrollton, KY, Amanda McDowell of Carrollton, KY and Anthony McDowell of Carrollton, KY. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
