It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance Ann Rowland (Carrollton, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 21, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Lee Rowland; and her parents, Alvin Wolf and Dorothy Bain Wolf. She is survived by: her children, Laura Marie Rowland of Carrollton, Ryan A. Rowland (Mary Edwards) of Bennington and Kyle Rowland of Carrollton, Kentucky.; her grandson Landon Rowland; and her sisters, Susan Wolf Lawrence and Mary Kaye Wolf Steinmetz.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home (809 Highland Ave, Carrollton, KY 41008). A Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Catholic Cemetery (507 5th St, Carrollton, KY 41008). A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Kysoc Hope Center of Carroll County in care of the funeral home.
