She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold and Marguerite Beatrice Perkins Clifton. She is survived by: her children, David Andrew Meadows (Shelly) of Carrollton, KY and Debby Meadows of Cold Spring, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
