It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Jacob of Carrollton, Kentucky, born in Edgewood, Kentucky, who passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela J. Sullivan McIntyre; and his sister Shannon Lynn McIntyre. He is survived by: his father Douglas "Shagg" McIntyre; his daughters, Syera Rayne Hollis, Lillian Suzanne McIntyre and Morgan Jane McIntyre; his brothers, Philip McIntyre of Lexington and Warran Ray McIntyre of Ghent; and his wife Ratasha "Tasha" Deitz McIntyre. He is also survived by his wife, children and extended family.
