He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Lee Howard. He is survived by: his parents, John Thomas and Roberta Robinson Howard; his siblings, Harold Howard (Patricia), Russell Howard and Della Mitchell; his nephew Austin Howard; his nieces, Shasta Stoddard (Dustin), Taylor Mitchell and Macie Howard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cady, Zaden Howard, Tessa and Elijah Stoddard.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home (105 S Locust St, Carlisle, KY 40311). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
