It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Smith (Carlisle, Kentucky), who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Smith and Nell Riley Smith Turner; and his brother Bernie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Libby Kenney Smith; his daughters, Penny Epperson (Chad) of Lexington and Connie; his sister Ruby Baker (Greg) of Paris; his grandchildren, Kendra Collins, Ashley Crossen (David), Tammy Biddle and Kay Morris; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Maddox, Cady and Kathleen.
