He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Gillispie Ritchie; his children, Melissa Ritchie Fryman (Tip) of Nicholas County, Christopher Dean Ritchie (Michele) of Cynthiana and Craig Wesley Ritchie (Lori) of Harrison County; his brother J. B. Ritchie of Nicholas County; his grandchildren, Sydney Fryman (Dillon Webb), Isaac Fryman (Haley Ellis), Megan Ritchie and C. J. Ritchie (Brooke); his great grandchildren, Keaston Webb, Brendyn, Bryson Ritchie, Gracie Ritchie, Mason Brown, Marley Bliss and Riley McIntosh; and his great great grandchild Ivory Brown.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carlisle United Methodist Church (102 E Chestnut St, Carlisle, KY 40311). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Carlisle Cemetery (361 W Main St, Carlisle, KY 40311).
