He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Miller and Evelyn Jean Miller (Sparks). He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Lowe (Glenn) of Maysville, Annette Bruan (Roger) of Hamersville, Suzette Hamm (Chester) of Hiram, Georgia and Melissa Strange. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
