He is survived by: his wife Diane Hess of Carlisle, Kentucky; his daughters, Casey Noble (Dino) of Jackson and Joy Jennings (Doug) of Merryville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Dale Hess (Doreen), Douglas Hess (Brenda), Derrick Hess, Freda Williams (Paul), Rita Chapman (Scotty), Wilma Anderson (Buster), Juanita Stiltner (Jack) and Imal Tolliver. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.
