It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Princena Tackett of Carlisle, Kentucky, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Wheeler and Sylva Taylor Wheeler; and her siblings, Jay, Rufus, William, Amos Wheeler, Phyllis Ann Ward and Ethel Wheeler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Priscilla Barbee (Doug Frederick) and Jessica Toy (Gary); her siblings, Troy Wheeler, Mary Dailey and Lily May Clouse; and her grandchildren, Natasha Smith (Jerry), Samantha Frederick (Josh), Brandon Tackett, Kellie Tackett and Adam Toy. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
