She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clay and Nora Snelling Scott of Carlisle Kentucky; and her siblings, Marquerite Scott, Willa Mae Scott, Nancy Carolyn Scott Gaunce, Betty Jo Scott Kearney, Helen Jane Scott, Marion Clay "Tommy" Scott and Donald Lee Scott.
She is survived by: her son Charles Cox (Julie); and her grandsons, Elijah, Evan and Ian James. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
