She was predeceased by: her husband William Clifton "W. C." Marshall; her parents, Desmond Beam and Thelma Allen Beam; her daughters, Virginia Alice Toomey (Paul "Skeeter") and Teresa Ann "Terrie" Marshall; and her sisters, Doris Whitlock, Mickey Jones and Carol Clark.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tabitha Anne Toomey Clark (Nick) of Moorefield, Tiffany Marie Toomey Rose (Jason) of Georgetown and Trinity Joy Toomey Montavon (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Kimber Marie Rose, Bailey Abigail Rose, Lauren Grace Hampton, Hannah Lynn Clark, Hayden Lee Clark and Bradley Scott Rose.
