She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Dale Frederick, Sr.; and her brothers, Nelson G. Shrout, Jr., James Ivan Shrout and Joe Major Shrout. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Tobin (Duncan) of Moorefield; her stepsons, David and Dale Frederick of Nicholas County; her brother Walter Shrout of Sharpsburg; and her grandchildren, Judd and Lincoln Tobin. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
