She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Scott Letcher; her parents, Clarence Riggs and Eva Mason Riggs; and her siblings, Morgan, J. C. "Buddy" Riggs, Sue Ella Dampier, Jane Shaw and Betty Riggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Letcher (Brenda) and Pat Letcher (Dawn); her grandchildren, Jessica Hamilton (John, III), Jordan Letcher (Kyle Williams), Kristen Letcher-McLeod (Blake), Kimberly Letcher-Holbrook (Kenton), Adrienne Letcher-Smith (Ethan), Kendra Letcher, Trent Letcher, Kayley Clay Letcher, Kamryn Letcher and Tate Letcher; and her great grandchildren, LillyKate Louise Hamilton and Landon Scott McLeod.
