He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vernon Price and Emma Lou Wasson Price; his former wife Anna Lou Bowles Price; his wife Helen Watkins Price; his daughter Paula Ruth Price; and his siblings, William "Bill" Price, Clarence "Jube" Price, T. C. Price, Perry Price, Margaret Elfsass, Ruby Fryman, Ruth Stevens, Myrtle Earlywine and Dorothy Warmouth.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Price (Mollie) of Carlisle, Ernest Price (Suzie) of Mt. Olivet, Kentucky, Elizabeth Walker (Kevin) of Carlisle and Virgie Trussell (Allie) of Carlisle. He is also survived by great grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
