She was predeceased by: her parents, Adah Lee and Ora Mae Ogden Hughes; her grandson Jamie Mitchell; her sister Bonnie Hughes; and her daughter-in-law Becky Harding.
She is survived by: her sons, James Joseph "Jimmy Joe" Mitchell (Bobbie) of Nicholas County and Jeffrey Allen "Jeff" Mitchell (Bruce Glowacki) of Sacramento, California; her siblings, Patsy Cox, Janice Cox of Carlisle and Ricky Hughes of Ewing; her grandchildren, Lenisa Lang (Dave), Joey Edward Mitchell, Jesse James Mitchell and Brandon Harding; and her friend Geneva Steele. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
