He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Allen White. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Sams and Lisa Shank of Carlisle; his friend Gaither Pennington of St. Petersburg, Florida; his close friend Vince Summa of Washington, D. C.; and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Sams Barnett, Chad Price, Kyle Price, Lyndsay Sams Robertson, Crystal White Thomas and Logan White.
