She is survived by: her granddaughters, Nicole Smoot Sparks and Sarah Smoot-Massey (Justin); her great grandchildren, Ryan Minton, Ruby Sparks and Lincoln Massey; her daughter-in-law Mary Smoot; and her friend Phyllis Smoot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
