She is survived by: her son Tony Edward McKenzie of Nicholas County; her siblings, Jackie Barnett (Lisa) of Nicholas County, Lonnie Jones of Somerset and Linda Johnson (Paul) of Bourbon County; and her grandson John David McKenzie.
