She was predeceased by: her spouse Earl Swango Prather; her siblings, Ruby Smart, Mildred Polly, Dorothy Glass, Mary Evelyn Hammons, Calvin Cooper and Robert Douglas Cooper; and her daughter-in-law Faye Prather.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Ray (Sherry) of Cynthiana, Wendall Mark (Connie) of Cynthiana, Emmett Warren of Cynthiana, Randall Earl Prather (Betty) of Cynthiana, Sharon Ann Wethington (Bill) of Walton and Martha Sue Lyle of Cynthiana; and her sister Betty Howard of Carlisle. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
