Bud Lyons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bud Lyons (Carlisle, Kentucky), who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sorency S., Sr. and Eliza Bailey Lyons; his children, Ewell "Robbie" Lyons, Jr., Marsha Haney (Mike) and Kathy Rainey (John Moore); and his brothers, Sorency Lyons, Jr., Billy Lyons, Eugene Lyons and Frank Lyons.
He is survived by: his spouse Nancye Reid Lyons; his grandchildren, Seth Haney, Ross Haney, Katie Hinton (Owen) and Nathan Rainey (Sydney); his great grandchild Greer Hinton; and his siblings, Ralph Lyons, Kenneth Lyons (Verndalene), Nancy Mattox (Buddy), Martha Sibert (Eugene), Jane Daniels (David) and Judy York (Andy). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
