She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Vice and Christine McElfresh Vice of Carlisle, KY.; and her brothers, Merrill, Larry and Tony Vice.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Pugh; her children, Christy Baumgartner (Jeff) of Falmouth, KY, Darrin Pugh (Kelly) of Falmouth, KY and Jonathan Pugh (Lois) of McKinneysburg, KY; her grandchildren, Skye Baird, Brittany, Caleb (Morgan), Chloe Baumgartner, Hannah, Adrienne, Ayden and Anna Pugh; her great grandchildren, Cali Baumgartner and James Tucker Booth; and her siblings, Claudie Vice (Kathy), Danny Joe Vice (Carol), Karen Smith, Pam Vice, Gilda Vice and Tracy Vice (Amy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
