She was predeceased by: her husband Dickie Grimes; and her parents, Eddie Roy and Bessie Lee Hamm Price. She is survived by: her children, Danny Grimes (Jane Ellen) of Nicholas County and Deanna Smoot of Nicholas County; her brother Eddie Gayle Price; her grandchildren, David Smoot (Jenna), Beth Miller (Ben) and Corey Grimes; her great grandchildren, Evin Clay, Liam Cole Smoot and Avery Jane Miller; her siblings, Bobby Gene Price and Joyce McDonald; and her son-in-law Kenny Smoot.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions to the East Union Christian Church and the Alzheimer's Association.
