He is survived by: his wife Judy Wagers of Cannon; his children, Mary Guy (Jason) of Cannon, Cynthia Collett (Johnnie) of Girdler, Christopher Wagers (Maggie Lanham) of Corbin, Megan Mills (Drew) of Barbourville, Lillian Wagers (Jacob Vaughn) of Gray, Hannah Wagers of Cannon and Joseph Wagers of Cannon; his siblings, Birtie Wagers-Almgren (Wayne) of London, Lisa Wagers-McKinny of Georgetown, Iva Wagers (Omar Corona) of Annville, Rita Delcarez of Texas, Noranda Hale of London, Samantha Hale of London, Roy Fischer of Barbourville, Eddie Fischer of Elkhart, IN, Marvin Edwards of Lexington and Kenny Dale Flowers of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Lexa Collett, Tanner Collett, Lyla Mills, J.
