He is survived by: his nieces, Penny Staley (Greg) of Tipp City, OH and Patricia "Trish" Bertram (Mike) of Troy, OH; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren Brune (Nathan), Allison Staley, Eric Staley (Emily), Abigail Bertram and Travis Bertram; his caregivers, Carlene Pierce and Ginger Hensley; and also, Margo, Willow Staley and Isabelle Brune.
