He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith; and his siblings, Beve Smith of Berea, Anna Mae, Shorty, Palte (Robert), Poke, Beaver Dam, Ada Shannon (Wayne) of Knoxville and Martha Gail Whitt of Lima.
