She is survived by: her mother Geraldine Partin Smith of Cannon; her children, Leah Messer (Patrick) of Cannon, Tonya Womack (Jeff) of Harrogate, TN, Sonya Dray of Harrogate, TN and Chris Black (Brittany) of Harrogate, TN; her siblings, Melissa Mills of Cannon, Tammy Leighton (Kevin) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Teresa Jarvis of Corbin, Rodney Hembree of Heidrick and Earl Smith of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Charles West II, Jasmine Messer, Annastyn Hollin and Shiloh Messer; her nieces, Malinda Black, Melissa Hibbard and Jess Hubbard; and her close friends, Don Messer, Janice Shelton and Laura Wyatt.
The family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
