She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Cornett Staley (Greg) of Tipp City, OH and Patricia "Trish" Cornett Bertram (Mike) of Troy, OH; her brother Morris R. "Joe" Jackson of Cannon; her grandchildren, Lauren Staley Brune (Nathan), Allison Staley, Eric Staley (Emily), Abigail Bertram and Travis Bertram; her great grandchildren, Margo and Willow Staley; and her caregivers, Carlene Pierce, Patsy Brown, Jennifer Gray and Ginger Hensley.
