He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henderson Stacy and Sarah Francis Adams Stacy; his wife Earlene Stacy; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Frisby, Homer Luican, Delmer Winston, Rudolph and Paul Dean; his daughters, Vera Lane Mays and Sherilyn Stacy; and his grandson Zachary Rupe.
He is survived by: his daughter Shanda; his grandchildren, Wade Phipps (Kelly), Dustin Pennington, Shaneiceta Rupe (Michael) and Tyshia Stacy Little (Tracey); his great grandchildren, Haley Phipps, Abaigail Phipps, Emily Phipps, Ricky Rupe, Corey Rupe, Steven Little and Shawn Townsend; his great great grandchild Karson Little; and his brother Terry Stacy.
