He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gail Bush Adkins; his daughters, Tena Gail Oney (Scotty) of Cannel City, Tonya Allison Campbell (Adam) of Cannel City and Tiffany Megan Nicole Bush (Dustin) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Carson Oney, Canyon Oney, Robert Benton and Nevaeh Bush; and his siblings, Homer Adkins of West Liberty, Cecil Adkins of Xenia and Delean Bowman (Kenneth) of Ezel.
