He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Lykins and Frances Vance Lykins; and his former wife Nova Lykins. He is survived by: his wife Lassie Peters Lykins of West Liberty, KY.; his son Lawrence Gray Lykins (Mary) of Cannel City, KY.; his grandchildren, Joyce Cole, Jr and Ricky Lykins (Miriam); and his great grandchildren, Lisa Cole, Hannah Lykins and Taylen Lykins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
