She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Joshua and Audie Burton Finch; her husband Donald Edward Adkins of Sandy Hook, KY.; her brothers, Larry and Donovan Finch; her nephew Steve Finch; and her grandson Chad Adkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Dee Adkins of Cannel City, KY and Gregory Dwayne Adkins (Micki) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Joshua Scott Adkins (Carol Ann) of Fairfield and MaKayla Nicole Adkins (Paul Mullins) of Winchester, KY.; her great grandchild Brayden Hunter Adkins of Fairfield; and her siblings, Gloria Prater of Cannel City, KY., Charles Finch (Lois) of Milford and Roger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
