He is survived by: his close friend Paula McCarty of Cannel City, Kentucky; his daughters, Rebecca Mae Bailey (Tyler Gambill) of Salyersville and Whitney Lanell Hembree (Justin) of West Liberty, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jaxon Shane Hembree, Bailey Lavon Hembree, Ryleigh Gambill and Landon Gambill; his sisters, Bonnie Reffett (Rodney) of Mt. Sterling and Rita Cole (Tucker) of Salyersville, Kentucky; and his close friend Bill Trusty.
