He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Biggs and Alvata Gaddie Biggs. He is survived by: his sister Kelly Gunter (Bryan) of Mountain Home, ID; his aunts, Lillian Priest and Barbara Arnold; and his uncle Cliffton Gaddie. He is also survived by several cousins and other extended family.
