He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Jewell and Burnadine Rutledge Jewell; his children, Wanda Kaye Jewell, Janet Ann Kerr and William Clay Jewell; his grandchildren, Shawna Kerr, Katie Kerr, Kenny Kerr and Shelby Jones; his son-in-law Ken Kerr; and his siblings, Mary Edna Branstetter, Johnny, Albert and Jimmy Jewell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Neal (Rickey) of Hardyville, KY, Joyce McCandless (Tim) of Canmer, KY and Sandy Jorgenson of Leitchfield, KY. He is also survived by sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, and nephews.
