She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hessie Anderson and Artie Raymer Anderson; her siblings, W. D. Anderson, Nora Lucille Wheeler and Janice Schultz; her caregiver Marcia Stansell; and her husband Owen Barnett Day. She was also cherished by nieces & nephews.
