He is survived by: his wife Patricia Keown Duvall; his children, Billy Joe Duvall (Joyce Jarvis) and Robin Michelle Duvall; his granddaughters, Mary Kaye and Janey Kerr; his stepgrandchildren, Tami and Justin Casillo; his great grandchild Braxton Lee Blanton; and his siblings, Norman Duvall (Heidi) of Fisherville, KY, Mamie England (Frank) of Caneyville, KY and Wanda Jane Clark (Bobby) of Leitchfield.
