He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne V. Embry and Peggy Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Carman (Chris) of Hanson and Jenna McCoy (Jericho) of Campbellsville; his granddaughters, Evie Jane and Charlea Beth McCoy; and his sister Teresa Embry of Leitchfield. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great-nieces and 6 great-nephews.
