He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stephanie Bottles (Jarrett), Emily Clemons, Pamela Hayes (Nathan), Jenna Smith (James), Sierra Watkins (Daniel) and Cody Duncan (Emilie); his great grandchildren, Michael, Brittany, Riley, Joshua Bottles, Noah, Hailey, Kyle Higdon, Kailyn, Shelby, Keyarah, Skyelor Hayes, Colton, Olivia and Alora Smith; his great great grandchild Jaxson Hayes; and his siblings, Richard Duncan (Cory), Sue Nell Lucas (Billy) and Evelyn Blake (Tommy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Caneyville Funeral Home (201 E Maple St, Caneyville, KY 42721). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Shady Grove Cemetery.
