Randall Ozment Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 85, Randall Ozment Carter (Caneyville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aden Josiah Carter and Bessie Fentress Carter; and his brother James R. Carter "Jim". He is survived by: his sons, David (Lisa), Daniel and Samuel Carter; his granddaughters, Crystal, Chelsea and Sarah; his stepgrandson Samuel Jacob; his stepchildren, April, Clinton and Adam; his sister Elverta Jo Fetty (Steve); his close friend Joyce Martin; and also Katy McHenry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many special cousins.
